My Approach to Helping

I am kind, openminded, nonjudgemental, supportive, culturally sensitive, active listener who utilizes a strength-based, trauma informed, integrative approach to help people identify what they want to work on in order to move forward in their lives with success. I have worked with many populations, spanning across all ages and areas of life, including, but not limited too, major life changes, bullying, peer challenges, stress, performance issues, blockages, grief and loss, polyamorous lifestyle, LGBTTQQIAAP+, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and repetitive behavior patterns that are hard to change.

My clinical work experience includes working at McLean Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program, in a small village school located in Southern India, in an inpatient hospital in Haverhill MA, The University of New Hampshire, and in Community Mental Health.

I received my Master's Degree from Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2015.
