My Approach to Helping
I am a Masters Level Trauma Informed Wellness Coach, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Registered Art Therapist.
I am a kind, openminded, nonjudgemental, supportive, culturally sensitive, active listener who utilizes a strength-based, trauma informed, integrative approach to help people identify what they want to work on in order to move forward in their lives with success.
I have worked with many populations spanning across all ages and areas of life including, but not limited to, major life changes, stress, performance issues, blockages, grief and loss, polyamorous lifestyle, LGBTTQQIAAP+, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and repetitive behavior patterns that are hard to change.
Currently I work with Teens, Adults, Emerging Adults, Actors, CEO's, Students, Corporate Employees, Pilots, Engineers, Artists, Mental Health Counselors, Nurses, Athletes and Medical Staff.
My clinical work experience includes working at McLean Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program, in a small village school located in Southern India, in an inpatient hospital in Haverhill MA, The University of New Hampshire, The Portsmouth High School, and in Community Mental Health. I have trained PhD students, and assisted in training Brainspotting students.
