What's My Approach to Therapy?
You can bring anything to the table, and I will accept you as you are. I will listen and provide a warm, supportive, and caring approach to therapy. My goal is to provide therapy that is suited to your needs. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, sensitive, kind, and direct. I am experienced at providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups. I also cover anxiety, dual diagnosis, substance use, and depression. I consider myself creative and can connect with many diverse populations and age groups in psychotherapy.
