What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life is invariably marked by uncertainty, change, and questions without clear answers; these experiences often carry an undercurrent of grief — awakened not only in moments of profound loss, but in the quiet transitions, unmet longings, and ongoing work of becoming who we are. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a general loss of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. Whatever the case may be, you do not have to go through it alone.
My practice welcomes adults of all ages navigating the myriad trials of life and what it means to be human. Grounded in relational psychodynamic and existential traditions, I specialize in grief and loss, serious health diagnoses, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and supporting older adults find meaning and acceptance in later life.
It is my belief, and hope for you, that therapy may offer connection and safety, a warm and collaborative environment to be with your experience in all its multitudes, and empower your own inner knowing. If you’d like to get in touch, I welcome you to write or give me a call. My phone consultations are always free of charge.
