What's My Approach to Therapy?
I support women who feel deeply, think a lot, and want to understand themselves on a more meaningful level. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or exploring their identity, relationships, or old patterns that no longer fit. My approach blends insight-driven, conversational therapy with structured methods like EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help you connect the dots between your experiences and your deeper self. I offer a space for honesty, curiosity, and even a little humor as we explore what has shaped you and what you want moving forward. Together, we work toward healing, clarity, and a life that feels aligned with who you are.
