My Approach to Helping
I am a virtual psychiatric nurse practitioner providing psychiatric medication management services at Willow Health. I aspire to create a space where patients can freely express their concerns and actively strive toward emotional stability.
More Info About My Practice
Our group, Willow Health, provides short-term, virtual care for individuals in mental health crises. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, care managers, and certified peers to create personalized care plans. We also have a nursing after-hours line to help with crises that occur after hours. (This will not be with your regular care team.)
Our services are short term in nature, lasting between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on your needs. This means that at the end of your time with us, we’ll make sure you’re connected to ongoing care and support to continue your recovery outside of Willow Health.
Part of our services includes an eight-week virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for those who qualify. Be sure to let me know if you are interested in exploring this option.
Getting started is simple. You can schedule an initial assessment as soon as today, virtually, from the comfort of your home. Your first meeting will last about 90 minutes. You’ll talk with me and a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner who will help design a treatment plan that works for you. Depending on your needs, your care may include medication management, therapy (including specialized support for thoughts of self-harm), and care management. Additionally, you’ll have the option to participate in recovery coaching, which includes working with a peer recovery coach, someone who has lived experience with mental health and/or substance use, and who will support you through your recovery journey.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
