While therapy can be challenging, our sessions together can elevate your mood, relieve your anxiety, and contribute to a personal sense of fulfillment.
I offer mental health care to people who are experiencing a wide range of issues. However, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, chronic shame, and LGBTQ+ issues.
