My Approach to Helping
My ideal client might show up feeling like everything is falling apart, or they might just need focused support in a specific area. Either way, I work best with people who are curious about themselves and their relationships, open to trying new approaches, and receptive to thoughtful feedback — whether it’s a gentle reflection or a well-timed, compassionate challenge.
One thing I’ve learned again and again in my own support circles is that facing challenges alone is so much harder than doing it alongside someone you trust. Working with a caring professional such as myself can offer the kind of support that eases the weight on your heart, mind, and body.
I’ve spent over six years supporting people in group settings, listening deeply to what’s being said—and what’s not. I tune into what you need in the moment, trust your process, and offer practical tools like communication strategies, parts work, attuned conversation, empowerment practices, and mindfulness—depending on what fits you best. I believe healing happens through relationship and genuine, engaging conversation. I also draw from my own body-based practices to support living in balance, and I’m happy to share those if you’re curious. I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, body image and identity issues, systemic oppression, career transitions, self-esteem challenges, and more.
You don’t have to do it alone—and I believe you have what it takes to begin, whether it’s for yourself or those you care about.
