My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or simply stuck, whether as an adult, teen, child, or family? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore what’s going on and what you need to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Psychotherapist and Arts Therapist, I provide creative, trauma-informed therapy that gently supports healing, self-discovery, and change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting stress, grief, or major life transitions, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs—drawing on evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, along with expressive tools like art, play, movement, and writing.

My approach is grounded in compassion, emotional safety, and a deep belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and feeling truly heard. Together, we can build tools for resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful growth—so you can reconnect with inner strengths and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and sustainable change.

If you're ready to find clarity and take that first step, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Therapy can be a place to pause and make sense of what you're going through. If you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like something just isn't working, it can help to have someone walk alongside you. Someone who listens without judgment and helps you gently explore what's underneath the surface. Over time, therapy can support you in understanding your emotions, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and building new ways of coping that feel more aligned with who you are. It's not about fixing everything at once, but about creating space for small, meaningful changes that add up to a life that feels more grounded, connected, and manageable to supporting well being and growth.

Groups I Work With

I work with adults, teens, children, and parents who are navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or life transitions. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive and are seeking a space where they feel seen, supported, and respected.

I also work with individuals healing from trauma or chronic stress who are ready to reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded in their everyday lives. Children and teens (ages 5 and up) are supported with emotional regulation, anxiety, and identity challenges, and offer a collaborative space for parents—especially those raising neurodivergent kids—who need tools for calm, connection, and clarity.
