What's My Approach to Therapy?
Hi there, if you've landed here, odds are things aren't going great. Perhaps the world feels like a crushing weight right now, or depression has you struggling to get out of bed in the morning. I work with both men and women, and I see clients with a wide range of concerns. I am passionate about helping people feel empowered, whether that is helping women with self-esteem and body image, or men with emotional expression and figuring out where they "fit" in today's world. I also work with couples on a wide range of relationship concerns.
I use a blended approach to therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. I believe in setting realistic goals and working towards them in a way that feels accessible to you. I know how overwhelming life can feel, and how insurmountable the issues we face can seem.
