What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am Bri Rossbach. My mission is to strengthen the love, acceptance, and confidence in each client, while fostering a therapeutic relationship that acts as a stable launching pad in which clients feel empowered to reach their goals.
Honestly, life can be really stressful, even scary, and I am here to walk alongside you in the journey. As someone with multiple chronic conditions myself, I know how hard it can be to manage it all and navigate daily life successfully. I am here to become your teammate. Whether you have specific goals you want to meet or just need a source of unconditional support, I'm here.
We will build a relationship that creates safety and trust, in which you feel understood, heard, and accepted. Whether your coach or your therapist, the client relationship is my main priority, because we are a team. Together, we will work hard to meet your goals, while learning tools to use for a lifetime.
I specialize in the following areas: attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), autism, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, chronic illness, life transitions, and stress management. Everyone is different, and I pride myself on tailoring the client experience to match each client's unique needs and goals. I, like many of my clients, am neuro-complex. I have endured trauma. I try to manage my co-existing conditions while managing the other many roles in my life. I not only understand because it is my job, I live it every day with my clients. I offer a special connection with my clients because I too relate, and I genuinely understand.
I am an inclusive therapist, and I understand and celebrate the many different facets of individuals' identities. I consider myself a safe space and an ally to all.
