My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story is heard and honored. I take a holistic view of healing—considering not just symptoms, but your whole self: emotional, biological, social, and spiritual. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based practices such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches. With couples, I use the Gottman Method—a research-based model that helps build trust, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection.
