What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am passionate about supporting clients through challenging times, and believe therapy should be a safe, supportive place where you can feel truly heard and understood. I work with adults and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), relationship struggles, family conflict, and major life transitions. My primary focus is creating a nurturing space where you can feel understood and empowered, and can explore, heal, and grow.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices, but I also bring compassion and real-life perspective to our work together. My background combines psychology, leadership, and coaching, which helps me see the whole person—not just the problem—and guide clients in finding practical tools for healing and growth.

I believe everyone deserves to live a life filled with joy, purpose, and connection. With the right support, change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and growth. Please reach out if you’d like to schedule a complimentary consultation.
