What's My Approach to Therapy?
I want therapy to feel like a space you can look forward to—where you can be yourself, feel understood, and leave each session a little lighter, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I provide in-person therapy in Houston and online therapy across Texas, making support accessible no matter where you are.
I work especially with teen girls and women navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, big feelings, relationship struggles, and the emotional load that comes with trying to keep everyone else happy. I also support clients healing from trauma or long-standing patterns that feel hard to change.
Clients tell me they feel lighter, understood, and more grounded after our sessions. Teen clients often say I get it,” and that it feels easy to talk with me without judgment. My goal is to help you (or your teen) feel supported, more sure of yourself, and able to handle life with a little more confidence and peace.
