What's My Approach to Therapy?
My belief is that each person can positively change their lives, and that sometimes we just need a little help to do it. I work with a range of individuals, including those challenged by body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as trichotillomania and skin picking, grief, anxiety, depression, single parenthood, neurodivergence, and life transitions. As an experienced teacher myself, I also often support educators.
My approach is grounded in humanistic principles, believing in everyone’s capacity for growth. Typically, I take an integrative approach depending on the client's specific needs and goals.
