My Approach to Helping

Do you think that therapy is only about pathology? Many people believe that coming to therapy means there's something permanently wrong with them. I take a different perspective. I believe that therapy can be support for you to identify something within yourself that is hindering you from feeling complete or happy or from having healthy relationships. You and I will explore these unconscious beliefs and thoughts or any structures that may hinder you from living your life to its fullest potential.

I don't see you as having something wrong with you. I see you as identifying with something you were told from your history that may not be true. Inner exploration can be an adventure and can be full of insights that may open up new possibilities in your life that you didn't even know existed. We can inquire together in a way that can feel safe and non-judgmental.

More Info About My Practice

My regular rate is $125 for a 50 minute session
I do have a sliding scale on a limited basis
I accept Medi-Cal at this time
I will give you an invoice to send to your insurance company if needed
