Are you overwhelmed by continuous feelings of irritability, stress, anxiety, or exhaustion? Helping people make positive lifestyle changes and live a healthier, more fulfilling life is my passion. I work with teenagers, young adults, and older adults who are affected by concerns such as depression, life transition issues, stress, chemical dependency, anxiety, body image issues, and relationship issues. I also specialize in helping young professionals who may be experiencing stressors in the workplace.

I earned my Master's degree in professional counseling from the University of Georgia, and I am trained to utilize a wide of range of effective therapeutic skills. My techniques are primarily derived from empirically-supported approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and narrative therapy.

My approach to counseling is warm, insightful, positive, and non-judgmental. I firmly believe that by showing compassion and utilizing people's unique strengths, I can provide the best care to suit each person's specific needs.
