As a therapist, I believe that my job is to assist my clients with unlocking the solution to their problems and concerns. I believe that we each hold the key to our own happiness and to solving our own problems. However, we at times need someone to help us find the key to unlocking this potential from within, and this is where I come in.

I use a myriad of counseling techniques to help guide you in your search to developing a better understanding of what you need to achieve your own definition of happiness. We will work together as a team to help you explore, identify, and express your thoughts. I will also assist you in managing perceptions, feelings, and emotions that will lead you to achieving happiness and peace of mind.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Have you ever noticed people around you who seem to be truly happy? Have you ever wondered why they are so happy? These people have an inner peace about themselves. They have learned to reconcile their ideal self with their actual self and are content with who and what they are. For some people this comes natural, for others this comes with therapy. Sometimes we need someone who is able to guide us with learning to integrate who we are, what we want and how we see ourselves with who want to be or know we can be. Sometimes being the person we want to be is easier said than do and it takes outside intervention to help us get to the place we are seeking. Therapy is the way to help us achieve our ultimate goals of happiness and contentment. Call today to start you journey to a healthier and happier you.
