My areas of clinical competence include working with young children and their families around the issues of anxiety, low-self esteem, and loss. My work with adults as individuals and couples focuses on; decreasing reactivity, improving communication, strengthening relational boundaries, and increasing emotional development. My emphasis is to create positive movement and decrease negative patterns of functioning. Helping people to feel comfortable and confident in their emotional lives is often the first step towards healing.
