My approach is holistic and integrative with a basic belief in the value of relational connection. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology. I provide psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and consultation with specialties in EMDR, Complex PTSD, Attachment Trauma, and Relationship Difficulties. I believe that our core understanding of the world is heavily influenced by our family, culture, and community, and that these influences can have a lasting impact on how we connect with others. In addition to my practice, I am also a Clinical Supervisor at the Women's Therapy Center. My work pulls from Relational-Cultural and Feminist Theory, which focuses on the importance of a relationship being grounded in mutual respect, a sense of shared purpose, and movement toward clarity, growth, and possibility. I offer individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy for clients. For clinicians, I offer clinical supervision for licensure in PA.

More Info About My Practice

In my practice, I work from a personal-growth model where my role is that of a partner in holistic healing, and therapy is a journey to improve, transform, and enrich your overall quality of life. My clinical perspective is heavily informed by multicultural dynamics, social justice theory, and human rights equality, therefore, I do not work from the traditional medical model where problems addressed in therapy are viewed as pathology.
