There are times in our lives when we feel stuck in unhealthy relationships, jobs, emotions or habits. Try as we might, we just can't get "unstuck" and that is usually when we seek counseling. It is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable talking with AND that has the professional experience/training in the area you would like to address. That is why I take the time to speak on the phone with my potential clients to ensure that I am the right "fit" for you!

More Info About My Practice

Our fees for counseling range from $85-$125 per hour and we accept Cigna, Humana, Tricare and HealthChoice insurances. We offer flexible office hours with some evening appointments. We are conveniently located close to Interstate 4 and SR 434 in Altamonte Springs.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

During my first meeting with a client, I like to hear about ways they have overcome past challenges in their life. Clients bring with them to counseling many strengths and coping strategies that have worked for them before and it is important to identify those strategies before we start adding any new coping skills through counseling.
