My Therapy Focus

My role as a therapist is as a guide to help you understand what is working and what is not going so well in your life. Then, we figure out together how to move you towards the life you want, and create lasting changes so you can feel better, and move your life in the direction you want!

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Therapy is a terrific tool to help you look inside yourself and see the patterns in your life. It can be an incredible opportunity to learn more about how your brain works, and how your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and relationships are all interconnected. Therapy challenges you to try things in a different way, and to examine how you think about and view the world around you. Therapy works, and it doesn't have to take a long time, 5 sessions is a great place to start!
