I have been training on spiritual counseling, integrated counseling, and in particular, counseling for religious people, I have attended a specific course for eating disorders, addictions (in particularly sex and love addiction and drug addiction), hypnosis, Gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, cognitive-emotional therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and NLP (I am master practitioner). I am a co-author of the book "Psicologia Della Vita Consacrata". I also use several relaxation techniques.
