My Approach to Helping

There are so many powerful skills, talents and abilities within human beings at any age that it often times becomes a matter of "getting stuck" in order to unleash them. We get caught up in the daily activities and being in survival mode that we tend to forget what it is really like to connect and love, live and play...to truly enjoy our lives. Good, bad, right and wrong are not always that easy to identify. We all have our own reality and they aren't all the same. Discomfort, dissapointment and dis-ease can be an amazing opportunity for significant life change and growth.
