I have years of experience as a wilderness guide so I can support you in connecting with nature in ways that profoundly support the change you are seeking. BODY INTELLIGENCE: There is therapy that focuses on what we call body intelligence: the knowledge, wisdom and information your body holds. You can learn a lot about yourself by paying attention to a gesture, a posture or some chronic physical pain. We live through our physical sensations-our bodies are the miraculous vehicle through which we sense all of our experience, every day. Connecting deeply with your body-mind can profoundly shift your whole perspective on life.
