My Approach to Helping
I first believe that Christ is Master Therapist- and that complete healing takes place when we turn our issues and problems over to Him. I believe second that it is through the process of looking at our family of origin and exaiming our past that we see the "scripts" we have learned- our habits, hangups and hurts that we need to work through and move past. Positive self talk and learning to erradicate our automatic negative thoughts is a key to healthy living as well.
