I provide confidential counseling and psychotherapy services for individuals and families that want change. My practice includes working with diverse populations ranging from developmental disability to giftedness, across the life-span from childhood through adulthood. I have maintained a professional practice for 15 years and concurrently teach at 2 local universities which allows me to keep current my professional knowledge base and clinical skills. There exists potential change, comfort, and success for every challenging life experience.
More Info About My Practice
Services are exclusively private pay, that is, I do not bill your insurance company. Although you may seek reimbursement independently, most of my patients are interested in maintaining strict confidentiality of our service arrangement. Rates are competitive and a sliding scale is available per need. Patients with history of substance abuse are accepted only after 1 year of abstinence from legal problems and problem use. Referral for intensive substance abuse treatment is available. Counselor supervision is available for new counselors seeking to meet State of Michigan license requirements.
