My Approach to Helping

You don't have to feel empty, angry or hopeless anymore. You don't have to continually find yourself repeating the same relationship mistakes. You no longer have to wait for the life you want to happen ....... Let me help you. It's important that you feel understood by your therapist and make a personal connection. Trust your instincts. If you decide that it feels right and we begin to work together, we'll look at what it is that brings you into therapy and what you're hoping to achieve. While trying to experience the world through your eyes, I will help you uncover what might be getting in your way and what other possibilities there are for you. Our goal is to help you become more of the person you want to be and put together the life you want for yourself. I work weekends as well as weekdays. Call me for a free phone consultation.
