My Approach to Helping

As a masters level, licensed mental health counselor I offer traditional psychotherapy to assist clients in furthering their growth and exploring their problem(s). I strive to address the whole person over any one presenting problem as it is my belief that the experience of counseling should not only support clients in their hardships, but also celebrate the beauty of their life. I am eligible for many forms of insurance and can assist you in verifying your coverage.

Folktown Counseling is a private practice located in the historic neighborhood of Ballard/Seattle helping individuals and couples find greater meaning in their lives.
