Couples often find themselves struggling with communication, intimacy, connection, trust and respect, as well as many other issues. If you are often frustrated with your partner, if you with you had more time together, argued less and enjoyed each other more, I'd like to assist you. Couples therapy is my area of specialization and training. I focus on increasing your understanding of one another, your understanding of relationships and the ever changing needs of a marriage so that your marriage can THRIVE...not just survive.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

My goal is for my clients to put me out of business. I want you to gain the skills and understanding of one another so that you no longer need to meet with me. While the length of therapy can vary for each couple, in general I see clients for 8-12 sessions. We determine the frequency and duration of therapy together and I work with you to come to a conclusion as you see fit with my guidance.
