Working with people who are experiencing depression, divorce issues, trauma, or chronic health issues, are areas that I have a great deal of experience in, since I sought out special training in these areas.
We sometimes lose sight of our own talents, gifts, and strengths and become unaware of how we are using those resources to deal with life everyday. Applying the resources that we already have to solve problems, many times takes the perspective of another person. It is a joy and a privilege for me, to listen to people's story and guide them to find their unique solution to their problem. Guiding people to clarify the next action that they would like to take, toward solving their problem, is generally a great deal of help for most people.
What I love about being a therapist are the people who come in seeking another perspective on their life. It is my belief that every person is unique. I love listening to each person's life story. Assisting people in finding the solution to their problem, by using their own unique strengths and resources is my passion. "Emotional Intelligence which can be described as the ability to manage the emotions of one's self, and of others.
