My Approach to Helping

Experience Extraordinary Healing and Empowerment

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. Often, this challenge comes at a time when you are already feeling pressured by difficulty. This is why it is important to find a therapist who offers results - so you can begin to feel better and get your life back on track.

Sometimes there is only one way to solve a problem. But more often than not, there are a number of different methods that when used together create a more powerful effect than if used alone. This is known as synergy, from the Greek syn-ergos. Simply defined, it means that the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

In psychotherapy, as with other healing modalities, using a number of techniques simultaneously can produce a powerful synergistic effect. When this happens, change can occur rapidly and be long lasting.

I create healing synergy for the people I work with by using a wide array of modalities, including a Doctorate in Naturopathy, Masters in Psychology, and Clinical Hypnosis. In addition I have accreditations in Neuro Linguistic Programming, EMDR, Certified Clinical Nutrition, Herbology, and as a Registered Addiction Specialist.

How I work...

Much of my work is based on my book, Healing and Wholeness: Complementary and Alternative Therapies for Mental Health, which contains thousands of studies on the scientifically-proven efficacy of using such therapies in the treatment of the most common mental health challenges. When combined with psychotherapy, the results are outstanding.

My therapeutic approach focuses on the value of leaning into change and the benefits of progress, not perfection. When we work together, you can expect to achieve the following:

* Uncover what keeps you stuck in repetitive patterns of the past and find wisdom from your wounds.
* Break through the beliefs, stories, and mistruths of the ego-driven life and recover your right to live a soul-centered life.
* Find compassion and kindness for your conflicted or repressed urges and realize your highest potential.
* Reconnect with your soul's purpose and experience self-love, self-respect and confidence to love and be loved.

Within each of us, there is the strength that provides us with all the answers that we need to heal our deepest wounds, to transcend our limitations, to overcome our obstacles or challenges, and to see where our soul is longing to go. Self love means not only loving our good qualities, but embracing our imperfections, our dark impulses, our mistakes, and our heartache. That is when we reconnect and experience the type of love that is truly the answer.

I know that taking the first step is often the hardest. Please contact me when you're ready, as I encourage any questions you may have. I can be reached at 408-315-0645 or you can learn more about my work at my website: www.RandiFredricks.com.
