My Approach to Helping

Using Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapies, Rational Hypnotherapy, Gottman Couple's Therapy, Expressive Arts, Play and Sand Tray modalities, I provide individual, couple's and family therapy.

My specialty area is in engaging children ages 4 and up in counseling by speaking their language through therapeutic play, art and sand play.

I have experience in family therapy. I am also experienced in assisting women with life issues and transitions, and working with couples to improve communication and intimacy.

I believe in the intrinsic ability each person has to grow, heal and transform.
I call on my education, experience and intuitive abilities to weave a variety of modalities to meet the needs of each unique individual who seeks wellness.
