My Approach to Helping

I believe in the intrinsic ability each person has to grow, heal and transform as they release internal barriers that keep them from health, wealth, and happiness and rediscover who they truly ARE through self-love, self appreciation and self-for-give-ness. I view my role as a guide for assisting people to access their own wisdom and self-healing ability. I call on my education, experience and intuitive abilities to weave a variety of modalities to meet the needs of each unique individual who seeks wellness.
