My Approach to Helping
Balance.Growth.Inspiration: Words that describe the atmosphere I strive to engender in all of my sessions with you as I help you achieve peace, balance and contentment in your life and relationships. In a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment, we will work together to identify the issues that brought you to therapy and are keeping you stuck and less able to experience the life you want. I will assist you in attaining an ongoing state of emotional health through a variety of approaches that are geared toward your strengths and suited to your needs.
My style is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and interactive. I work with individuals, couples and families, helping them to develop skills to improve their relationships, discover healthier ways to cope with a variety of emotional pressures, and change unhealthy and ingrained behavior patterns.
