My Approach to Helping
I work as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Pasadena, California within a holistic environment to build more resilient individuals, families and communities in order to meet the challenges of the present and future. My practice allows me to work with deep compassion and understanding to create a safe environment for healing and exploring. I utilize techniques derived mostly from Mindfulness, Family Systems and Humanistic theories to work with diverse individuals and families. My work is effective with adults, couples, families, children, teenagers, and those with the courage to live lifestyles that are counter-culture to mainstream society.
Together with the client(s) I hope to allow clients to get to know themselves better in order to:

Improve the quality of relationships
Decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression
Address issues that arise with PTSD, grief, phase of life transitions and adoption
Enhance creativity
Foster a sense of life long learning and understanding
Support a meaningful life
