My Approach to Helping
My goal is to help you get what you want in a loving, gentle, safe, and direct way. To do this, I use a wide range of proven, effective therapies that are skillfully blended to get you the results you want. I also use kindness honesty, and developing inner peace, to help you.
With a strong grounding in traditional therapies, as well as decades of study of mindfulness and transpersonal therapies, we can work with whatever you need to work with. There isn't much that I haven't seen and been able to help with.

 

More Info About My Practice
I take several insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare.
Office hours are Monday 9-7, Tuesday 9-8, and Friday 9-5:30
It is important to determine if this is a good fit. So, I offer an initial session at half-price where we do real therapy, and make sure we work well together.
Fees are $130 for cash/check, and $150 for insurance. Session length is 50 minutes.
