My Approach to Helping
Whether you are interested in exploring deep-seated, difficult, or painful issues, or simply need a supportive person and space in your life, I provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental place for you to get the help you need. Healing from painful life experiences or trauma/violence is a process and I am committed to helping my clients on their journey to becoming healthier and happier, and to establishing more rewarding and fulfilling relationships and behavioral patterns.

Through therapy, my clients are able to increase their self-esteem and confidence, and find effective ways to deal with the stress and difficult emotions they face. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and encourage clients to provide feedback on what they need and what works for them.

As a Counselor in Residence, I offer individual, family, and group therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and existential methods. If you would like to set up an appointment or would like more information, please get in touch!
