My Approach to Helping
I am a down-to-earth, practical, warm, and dedicated therapist, whom people tend to open up to easily. Research indicates that the most important factor in determining successful therapy outcomes is a positive client-therapist relationship. I use this as a guiding principle in my work, always taking care to nurture the relationships with my clients. I look for people's best qualities and strengths, so that I can reflect them back and encourage their further expansion and development. I am fascinated by people's stories and the unique ways each person rises to the challenges in their lives. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.
