My Approach to Helping

I have an eclectic background that includes over ten years of counseling work, work as a Reiki practitioner and I am also an artist and have exhibited artwork. My varied life experiences, as well as many years of interest in Buddhist/Hindu philosophies and practice of meditation, all come together to create a unique experience in the therapy room. The knowledge gained through past work in all of these modalities help serve to inform a mind-body perspective of each client's individuality and life's journey. I offer short or long term therapy. First Session is at a reduced fee, sliding scale fees are available and I do accept insurance (Aetna, Blue Shield, Lifesynch and Corphealth, Coventry, Firsthealth.) I can also provide you with a billing statement in order to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
