My Approach to Helping

I help clients develop the tools to manage their child's behavior. I use the Parent-Child Interaction Therapy modality. There is a tremendous amount of feedback so clients know exactly how they are doing. I believe in working with my clients to develop the most effective treatment plan. I want my clients to feel safe, supported and confident in the therapeutic process.

More Info About My Practice

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is a unique therapy. Rather than a parenting class or book that may teach behavior management this modality helps parents in the moment. Parents wear an ear piece and are in a play room with their child. The therapist is on the other side of a one-way mirror coaching them as they learn with their child. This is a very empowering, effective approach. Parents learn what works for their child.
