My Approach to Helping
Parents, let's talk!
I work with kids + teens + families experiencing problems such as bullying, anxiety, chronic illness, parent-child conflict, depression, grief & trauma. I also work with school and behavior problems such as social skills, self-esteem, ADHD, and anger management.

I provide counseling with a warm, friendly, down-to-earth personal style. My work enables kids + teens to explore their feelings and develop problem-solving abilities in a safe child-centered environment. I utilize goal-centered, evidenced based treatments that current research has shown to be the most effective for children and adolescents.

My mission is to offer kids and their families holistic solutions to challenges by honoring the unique physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of each child and parent. Viewing each child as a whole person allows healing to occur naturally and helps each child discover their inner strengths and create lasting solutions in their lives.
