My Approach to Helping
Seeking therapy takes courage. As a counsellor, I understand the reality of life's difficulties and the fear involved in making yourself vulnerable. Yet, when we courageously step out and receive help, we soon learn how helpful and affirming the experience can be. I provide an environment of safety, trust and respect, so you can feel warmly accepted to explore all the various parts of yourself.

 

More Info About My Practice
I am located in the beautiful Discovery Ridge Community. For those who are interested, the large Griffith Woods park is right beside my offce, and I encourage you to make use of the park for inspiration and contemplation. My office is within the Medical Doctors office on the second floor.
