My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with a wide mix of adults, children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to explore with each person ways to create a more rewarding and less stressful life as well as to gain relief from symptoms. I strongly believe in connecting with each client in a respectful and empathic way, in order to build mutual trust and a working relationship using my experience, flexibility, and common sense.

More Info About My Practice
I accept many insurances, such as BC/BS PPO, Medicare, Multiplan Provider, PHCS Network, and Beech Street. It is a good idea to check with your insurance company yourself for your benefits for "mental health treatment," as your insurance company is unlikely to give me initial information about your policy. However, feel free to call me and discuss the appropriateness and need for therapy, and if I cannot personally help you, I will try to find an appropriate referral.
