Many people suffer from chronic pain and seek alternative methods for pain control. I have significant experience in helping people develop the skills necessary to either supplement their medications or to find new ways altogether to manage pain.

 

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Most people have within themselves the strength to change those things that are causing pain and confusion in their lives. Yet we get off track and lose our way in trying to understand our lives and how to live them. Psychotherapy should help to guide us in a new set of understandings using those strenghts that we innately possess, opening up and developing a new and more healthy narrative to our life experience, helping us to redirect our efforts in a positive way.
