My Approach to Helping
Often people seek therapy when feelings of overwhelm, depression, anxiety and/or frustration are present in their lives. I help people to make sense out of their emotions, thoughts and reactions, as these are often linked to experiences and conditioning. When a thorough understanding of personal dynamics is achieved, people can rid themselves of obstacles standing in the way of clearly identifying and meeting their goals. In this way, people feel more empowered and influential in their interactions and decisions. The gaining of clear perspective is done without judgment, but rather by honoring strengths and self value. When emotional states such as anxiety and depression decrease, space is created for further happiness and satisfaction.
