I strive to provide a nonjudgmental supportive environment where we can work together to decrease feelings of depression, anxiety, confusion, and other uncomfortable states we can find ourselves in. I will both empower and challenge you to increase self-awareness, develop insight, and learn healthy ways to cope with life's challenges. Through self-exploration we can implement positive, healthy changes which are necessary to facilitate healing and growth. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

I offer a Parent Educational/Support group. This group is a powerful venue for growth and change. Not only do parents receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on parenting adolescents.
A parent group is one of the most effective tools for addressing issues common among parents. The group will provide an opportunity for parents to develop their parenting skills and build support with other parents in similar situations.
