My theoretical approach incorporates EFT, attachment, systemic and psychodynamic theories.

I am an experienced psychotherapist dealing with the above issues. I can go in deep into the root of the issues to correct and change what causes the distress. I am Certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor, in private practice in New York City. Adjunct Professor at NYU SW Graduate School.

My specialty is to recreate trust and safety in relationships. Lack of trust can stem from different cultural belief system, from history of trauma to the individual in the relationship or as a result of the relationship (affair). I can help repair the trust heal the wound.

As the focus of my work is to create trust and safety it is crucial that the client therapist relationship will be trusting and safe. The work is respectful of the clients pace and need . I will be transparent and will not hesitate to show myself in the room as a compassionate caring person.
