I believe there are times in all of our lives when reaching out for help is the right thing to do. I commend you for starting that process right here. Psychodynamic in clinical training and orientation, I believe we are all shaped by our childhood and current life experiences. In my practice at Psychological Associates in Roseville, CA, I offer a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment, where with collaberation and guidance, you will find the answers to those questions that you seek. Through the therapeutic relationship and commitment to the process, change can and will happen. You have already taken the first steps towards achieving your goals.
