As a psychospiritual therapist, I approach clients in a holistic manner that incorporates the psychological, emotional, cognitive, physical, interpersonal, cultural, and spiritual aspects of their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families to promote self-understanding, behavioral changes, and deepened intimacy, so as to bring their lives into better balance and harmony. I utilize and integrate techniques from various therapeutic modalities that are efficient and designed for the specific needs of my clients. I use whole brain techniques to more quickly and efficiently re-program self-sabotaging beliefs that are contained in our subconscious minds. Since much of the healing work is done during the course of our daily lives, homework assignments are often made to support our in-session work and to assist in faster goal accomplishment.
