Many approaches to life changes happen through our mind/body process. For example, fitness conditioning and stress reduction make changes through mind/body processes.
In the mind-body process, you pay attention to what needs to change mentally and physically. Using a self-awareness skill called mindfulness, I show people I work with how to notice what needs to change in you to live with more ease and fulfillment.
The latest research in neuroscience indicates that psychotherapy which includes what's happening in the body-mind process could be much more effective.
