My Approach to Helping

So you want some help, but how on earth do you go about finding the right therapist? Obviously you want someone who's well-trained and knows what they're doing. But more than that, you need to find someone who "gets" you. That's a vital part of how effective your therapy will be. You need to work with someone you trust and have confidence in. You also need someone who has confidence in you.

I'm trained to help people deal with an endless combination of difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I'm very good at helping people find better ways of being in the world. I'm also very good at hearing where others are coming from and I tend to "click" with my clients.
